CASM – Contact Appointment Summary This section allows you to add advising information and comments regarding meetings with a student

CRI – Communication Code Entry

EVAL – Evaluate Student Program Presents a report with student program information; degree audit

FQAL – Faculty Schedule

FPER – Foreign Person Look Up

FGRN – Final Grading by Name (choose Navigate button and select ST rather than UT)

MGRN – Midterm Grading by Name (choose Navigate button and select ST rather than UT)

GROS – Grade Roster Displays grade Information for a class

IASU – Institutions Attended Summary Displays the high schools, colleges, other schools attended

LOCR – Student Locator Displays a student’s scheduled activities for a given date

MINF – Military Information

NAE – Name and Address Inquiry Student’s name, address, phone, birth date, email etc

PERC – Person Restrictions. Restrictions preventing a student from registering

PHIN – Person Health Information

PSPR – Proposed Student Program Choose the program and use icon next to EVAL to get that report

RGCS – Registration Changes

RGPE – Registration Person Entry

RGN – Registration Select courses for registration. Enter year and semester, ex. 2016FA, on first selection

SRGD – Can get 11-6 or 4-2 last date to drop

SROS – Section Roster Report Allows printing of class roster

SRSI – Class Roster, Instructor, number of credits and students enrolled

STAC – Student Academic Credits Complete history of student’s academic credits listing all courses and status of courses, credits, terms, grades

STAT – Student Academic Transcript Summary of student’s academic credits by semester. Includes total credits completed, attempted, GPA, cumulative total credits

STSC – Student Schedule Lists a student’s schedule for a specific semester

STMC – Student Miscellaneous

SVM – Staff Member Look Up

SWLI – Section Waitlist Inquiry

SWLM – Section Waitlist Management

TCEQ – Transfer Course Equivalencies

TRAN – Transcript Print/View Transcript viewing/printing
